Your agreed service
Your accepted quote or booking confirmation states the service address, cleaning scope, price and confirmed appointment. A quote or scheduling request alone does not reserve an appointment. Additional work or price changes require your approval.
Service terms
Our Terms of Service form part of this agreement and explain access, preparation, cancellations, property care, payments, privacy and service concerns. Review both documents before accepting service. These updates apply prospectively after acceptance and do not retroactively change accepted agreements.
Direct hiring and bypassing PristineKeys
During your service relationship with PristineKeys Cleaning LLC and for six months after your last completed service, you agree not to knowingly solicit, hire, or arrange cleaning services directly with a cleaner first introduced to you through PristineKeys, outside PristineKeys, without our prior written consent. This includes arrangements initiated by either you or the cleaner to bypass PristineKeys. This restriction does not apply to a cleaning relationship that existed independently before our introduction. For a proven violation resulting in an outside cleaning arrangement, PristineKeys may seek $3,000 in stipulated damages per customer–cleaner relationship, subject to applicable law and enforceability. This amount applies once to the relationship, rather than separately to each cleaning visit. If the stipulated amount is unenforceable, PristineKeys may seek proven actual damages instead, without duplicate recovery for the same loss, including recovery from another party for that loss. This provision does not authorize an automatic charge to a saved payment method. It applies only to arrangements made after you accept these updated terms and does not retroactively change previously accepted agreements.
