Clear recurring pricing
One-time Standard Cleaning starts at $0.12 per square foot. Recurring savings apply to the Standard Cleaning base, starting with your first Standard visit. Extras are charged separately.
For a 2,000-square-foot home, the Standard base is $240.00 before discounts. Weekly is $192.00, every two weeks is $204.00, and monthly is $216.00 before extras and any applicable tax. Home condition or an unusual layout may require review.
Recurring discounts do not apply to Deep Cleaning. Offers do not stack; checkout applies your best eligible offer.
What happens each visit?
Standard Cleaning includes routine floor care, accessible dusting, kitchen surfaces, bathroom cleaning, mirrors, trash, and bedroom straightening. Read the full Standard Cleaning checklist for the scope.
Need a deeper first visit?
If your home needs extra attention to baseboards, tracks, grease, or soap scum, consider Deep Cleaning before moving into routine Standard Cleaning. We can discuss your starting point when you request a quote.
Weekday visits, confirmed with you
Our service window is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Eastern. Each visit and its price are confirmed with you. There is no minimum commitment or automatic charge through the website.
Before you choose your routine
Does monthly mean every four weeks?
Monthly means once per calendar month. Preferred dates and any weekday adjustments are confirmed with you.
Can I add an oven or refrigerator clean?
Yes. Select available extras when requesting your visit. Appliance interiors, interior windows, detailed blinds cleaning, and laundry are priced separately from the Standard base.
Can I change or cancel a visit?
Contact us to arrange changes. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before a confirmed appointment. See our cancellation policy.
